This data was collected through participative monitoring supported by the students of the Luis Vargas Torres University and the Instituto de Geografía - USFQ as part of the project of Secondary Cities. The data was collected through the use of tools as Survey 123 and ArcGIS Online. The students visit every neighborhood of Esmeraldas.
