Lineage

Derived from the Global Human Settlement Layer (GHSL), Population Grid 1975-1990-2000-2015 (pop) raster file, downloaded from Google Earth Engine (GEE) on February 9, 2019. The raster data downloaded from GEE contain a multitemporal information layer on residential population estimates for target years 1975, 1990, 2000 and 2015 provided by CIESIN GPWv4 were disaggregated from census or administrative units to grid cells, informed by the distribution and density of GHSL Built-up Grid 1975-1990-2000-2015 (built). Projection: WGS84. Pixel size = 250m x 250m.
In ArcMap (Esri), GHSL Population Grid raster was masked to the Secondary City Initiative (2C) Darkhan: Bounding Box.
